PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
All CultureByMe by Zahiii products are sold on a pre-order basis unless otherwise stated.
By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and agree that the product may not be immediately available for shipment.
Estimated production, processing, and delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary depending on manufacturing schedules, supplier timelines, customs procedures, shipping carrier operations, and other factors beyond our control.
Customers understand that pre-order products may require additional waiting periods before dispatch.
CultureByMe by Zahiii will make every reasonable effort to provide accurate updates regarding order status; however, shipment and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
By completing a purchase, customers expressly acknowledge and accept that:
- Their order is a pre-order.
- Production and fulfillment may take additional time.
- Shipping timelines are estimates only.
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, customs, weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or compensation requests will not be granted solely due to delays associated with the pre-order process or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are encouraged to place an order only if they are comfortable with the pre-order nature of the product and the associated waiting period.
Once a pre-order has entered production, packaging, or fulfillment, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Due to the nature of production and preparation for CultureByMe products, order processing and delivery may take between 2 weeks and 10 weeks, depending on demand and seasonal order volume. Thank you for your patience and support.
